Xbox has essentially confirmed a new integration with the chat-based platform Discord amidst all the changes teased for the services it provides. There are plenty of changes happening with Microsoft’s gaming platform lately. One of the best examples of this is that the Xbox Game Pass prices have officially dropped, though this will come with a few changes to the subscriptions that members pay for, such as not having Call of Duty titles as day-one releases anymore.

Another big thing in sight for the future of Xbox is a new type of integration with Discord. Teased by Xbox CEO Asha Sharma, as was reported by Pure Xbox, the company is studying the possibility of expanding its partnership with Discord, and that changes may start being seen soon. Sharma mentions that the idea behind the partnership is to make Xbox Game Pass more flexible and that more details will be shared with players in the near future.
