Pokemon Pokopia Update Adds Highly Requested Feature

Pokemon Pokopia has just received a new update for April 22, 2026. This latest Pokopia patch (titled "Update 1.0.4") adds a highly requested feature for Pokemon Centers, and brings a wealth of bug fixes to the cozy Pokemon life-sim.

Co-developed by Pokemon franchise creator Game Freak and Koei Tecmo's Omega Force, Pokemon Pokopia made a sizable impact when it launched on March 5. Along with earning a Top Critic Average of 90 on OpenCritic to become one of the platform's highest-rated games of the year so far, Pokemon Pokopia quickly became a commercial smash hit, selling over 2 million units worldwide in just four days. Despite being a very polished product right out of the gate, Pokopia has received a total of three post-launch updates, including this latest one. These updates have focused primarily on fixing any bugs that may affect the player experience, as opposed to adding any new content.
