Silent Hill Fans Will Love This New Official Remake Studio Update

Thanks in no small part to Silent Hill’s Bloober Team, the horror game landscape has never looked brighter. This would not have been a tenable statement if not for how well-received Bloober’s Silent Hill 2 remake was, especially when the consensus before its release was that Bloober, of all studios, being the one to remake it was a mistake, but Cronos: The New Dawn is proof that the developer can still strongly deliver with its own original IPs.

The tide has now turned in Bloober Team’s favor, with the developer’s official and upcoming Silent Hill 1 remake being met with high anticipation, rather than apprehension. This remake, as well as a considerable update to the studio in particular, is likely to define Bloober for the foreseeable future with a humongous slate of games that horror fans can look forward to.
