Known for its tropical environment, the Hoenn region featured in some of the most iconic Pokémon games is back with an exciting new release that you can enjoy for absolutely free. Last featured back in 2014 with the launch of Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire for the Nintendo 3DS, it has been a long time since Pokémon fans got to visit the beloved region, but luckily, this brand-new release aims to bring Hoenn back into the spotlight.
This comes courtesy of Pokémon Legends: Delta, a ROM hack based on the Industrial Evolution era of Hoenn. By "expanding the territory of people and allowing them to live closer to Pokémon", Hoenn thought that the problem would be solved. However, with some Pokémon remaining feral and unpredictable, it has been left up to the Pokémon Rangers to protect the natural order and protect Hoenn's citizens, all whilst carving the way for the future. No pressure.
