The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time is rightly seen as one of the greatest and most important video game releases of all time, and though it has admittedly started to show its age in many regards, it really is a seminal experience that any self-respecting gamer should go through at least once.

Returning to the game today either requires a copy of the original on the Nintendo 64 or the 3DS version, which can also be played on the Switch if you have an active NSO subscription. Neither really feels ideal at this point, so calls have been growing for a fresh remaster or remake, and given that there's every chance that it could happen this year, fans have been thinking about what the ideal case for a new release would be.

Over on Reddit, one fan asked the forums exactly what additional content they would like to see included if a remake were to become a reality. It's easy to forget just how many possibilities there are in that scenario, and it's certainly an exciting prospect, as many were quick to point out in the responses.
