Marvel’s Spider-Man Fans Hyped Following Venom Game Leak

Anyone who has been looking forward to the leaked Venom game has found themselves riding a nauseating and looping roller coaster ever since Insomniac’s ransomware attack. Indeed, for a while it was left wholly ambiguous whether Insomniac was still working on a Venom half-sequel game, which would presumably follow the events of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2’s third-act symbiote invasion and debut this canon’s Eddie Brock while Harry Osborn is out of commission.

Everything we believe we know about Insomniac’s leaked Venom game has come from leaks and rumors, and that has not necessarily inspired confidence in the belief that a Venom game will actually come to fruition, especially if Insomniac has Marvel’s Wolverine, Marvel’s Spider-Man 3, and more on its plate. That said, despite contradictions, we may have just received our first legitimate bit of confirmation that it is in development.

Marvel’s Spider-Man Miles Morales actor Nadji Jeter recently claimed that Insomniac’s Venom game was canceled due to the passing of Tony Todd, who voiced the symbiote. However, as per a thread on ResetEra, Jason Schreier has stated that “this isn’t true.”
