The good news for non-sports game fans is that it's accompanied by a solid Soulslike game and a charming 2D action-platformer. It seems very clear that the PS Plus free games for May 2026 are focused on servicing three separate niches.
The PS Plus monthly games for May will be available on Wednesday, May 5, following the removal of the current slate of PS Plus games (available until May 4). Subscribers have until then to download Lords of the Fallen, Tomb Raider I-III Remastered, and Sword Art Online Fractured Daydream to their digital game libraries at no additional cost. Coming May 5, of course, are the three new games.
