Over the years there have been some brilliant Star Wars games, and the franchise has really gone from strength to strength in the world of video games, though with the caveat of some very notable missteps that the community really didn't appreciate.
At the same time, it's a very exciting time to be a fan, with some huge releases on the horizon, any one of which could take the series to new heights for players. Quantic Dream are still beavering away on Eclipse, while Pod Racing game Galactic Racer, Fate of the Old Republic, and the Knights of the Old Republic remake are all on the way over the next few years.
