Pokémon Winds & Waves Legendary Monsters Are Truly Fearsome

Pokémon Winds & Waves is still at least over a year away from launching on Nintendo Switch 2, but the first details on the game's Legendary Pokémon have surfaced online, and they appear to be truly fearsome beasts. Every new generation's main Legendary Pokémon typically come in pairs, and have adorned the box art of past Pokémon games ever since Gold & Silver back in 1999. So, what has GameFreak been cooking up for Gen 10?

We haven't seen much of Pokémon Winds & Waves, but I'm into what's been shown so far. In February, the Pokémon Company celebrated Pokémon Day with a first look at the game's new starters, and confirmed the series will continue to embrace the open-world formula across a brand-new and as-yet unnamed region which consists of multiple islands dotted across a vast ocean.

Of course, if you've been paying attention to all things Pokémon, you'll know that pretty much everything shown in the first trailer for Winds & Waves was confirmed in earlier leaks. Given this, we can assume that the leaked info on the game's Legendary 'Mon is absolutely valid, so let's dive in and take a look at what we know so far.
