While there has been concern over the state of Amazon and Lost Ark as of late, there has been more communication than ever before. While we recently got a preview of the roadmap for Q2 2026, Amazon continues to update their players on content for every month.
The latest update comes for the May update, which will be available in less than a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, they have some disappointing news for those following the game closely.
Server Merge Delay

In the latest update, Amazon has announced that, after evaluation, they will be postponing the merge to ensure things transition smoothly.
This isn’t exactly the most surprising reveal, as this merger wasn’t in the roadmap that they showcased last month. It’s disappointing only because, as Lost Ark continues to shrink in player base, the smaller populated servers (such as Inanna in NA and Ortuus in Europe) continue to struggle with open world content.
Sadly, there is no timeline when...
