Almost 30 years later, Harvest Moon 64 remains one of the franchise's most beloved entries, and now it is eyeing its move to PCs.
Believe it or not, fans have come together to reinvigorate Harvest Moon 64 with new life. In the wake of the game's Nintendo Classics revival, life-sim lovers came together to broaden their farming horizons. In 2025, netizens began working on a decompilation of Harvest Moon 64 in order to rebuild the classic game on PC. Now, the recomp is complete, and fans have been given a tease of how Harvest Moon 64 will look when its fan-made PC edition goes public.
