Lego Batman Is The First Day One Denuvo Game Cracked In 2026

In a massive piracy achievement, Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight, a title that was only just released worldwide on May 22, and bundled with Denuvo anti-tamper DRM software, has been cracked and released online.

It is the first title with Denuvo in 2026 to be cracked on its first day available, putting the prospects of the software's efficacy into further question.

As has been the case with several recent high-profile Denuvo cracks, the job was done by the anonymous voice38, a prominent member of the piracy community whose methods, though not public, have resulted in dozens of titles being "freed" from Denuvo and into the hands of pirates.

"Day 1, have fun," they wrote on the Reddit announcement.

Perhaps most striking is the fact that Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight wasn't the only Denuvo-locked game to have been cracked by voice38 on the same day. Alongside Lego Batman, the pirate managed to crack Mafia: The Old Country, a title from last year that still maintained Denuvo protection.
