Resident Evil Requiem remains one of 2026's highest-rated games. It sits at an 89 on both Metacritic and OpenCritic, with only Pokopia and Forza Horizon 6 beating that score on both platforms.
These review scores, coupled with the love fans have for the Resident Evil series, helped Requiem become the fastest-selling game in the franchise's history, reaching 7 million units sold in just two months.
But while many have dipped their toes into Requiem already, others have been waiting for it to go on sale. Thankfully, after a couple of months waiting, their wishes have been granted, as Resident Evil Requiem is now on sale on the PlayStation.
Resident Evil Requiem launched on 27 February this year. Exactly three months later, the game has received its first sale.
As part of the PlayStation Days of Play sale, the game is currently 20 to 30 percent off, depending on your location. This has seen it drop from $69.99 to $55.99 in the US (20 percent), and from £64.99 to £45.49 in the UK (30 percent). The sale will run until June 11, giving you plenty of time (and a payday) to pick it up.
