Summer Game Fest organiser and host Geoff Keighley has teased that this year's live show is going to be the "biggest" yet, and I'm already dreading how certain fanbases are going to react.
2026 has already been a busy enough year in gaming, what with the big GTA 6-sized elephant in the room, but it's about to get even busier now that we're approaching the summer season of announcements. Not only do we have PlayStation's State of Play on Tuesday and Xbox's showcase in a week's time, but there's also Summer Game Fest 2026 to look forward to.
It's a little too early to know what exactly we can expect to see from the Summer Game Fest live show in a few days, as Keighley hasn't confirmed all that much of what's set to appear. He has just teased on Twitter that it's going to be the showcase's "biggest" event yet, though, which gives us a decent hint of what to expect.
