After what feels like a lifetime, Grand Theft Auto 6, is finally set for an official release on November 19, with pre-orders going live tomorrow, June 25. Ahead of the big pre-order day, Rockstar Games has shared some more information on the game's various editions, as well as some pretty unfortunate news on physical copies of the game, and when you can start pre-loading GTA 6 for yourselves.
Rockstar Games and parent company Take-Two Interactive assured fans GTA 6 marketing would finally begin properly this Summer, and pre-orders officially go live tomorrow, but I daresay this event has now been soured slightly by confirmation that the physical version of GTA 6 will ship with a digital download code inside the box.
This practice has become increasingly prevalent in gaming over the last few years, and no doubt gamers everywhere will be pretty ticked off at the news. The one silver lining is that those who pre-order GTA 6 will be able to pre-load the game from November 12 so that it's ready to go on November 19.
