Not just the Vintage Vice City pack that's no use until the game launches on November 19, but a free month of GTA+ that can be redeemed right away. You're going to want to turn off auto-renew if you don't plan on sticking around to pay for it, though.
The free month of GTA+ hasn't been flaunted quite as much as the Vintage Vice City pre-order bonus, which is odd, as it's the only real reason for committing to buy the game this early outside of sheer excitement. GTA+ is the Rockstar subscription service that gives in-game currency for GTA Online every month, other exclusive in-game perks, and, best of all, access to a library of Rockstar games for no additional cost, including Bully, Red Dead Redemption, and the definitive editions of the three GTA games that originally released on PS2.
