EA DICE is celebrating its fans and the forthcoming release of Battlefield V. They are doing so by giving away an amazing amount of free content for both Battlefield 1 and Battlefield 4, as well as by offering players a chance to unlock items that they can take with them when Battlefield V launches on October 12th.
Over the course of the next four months, players have the opportunity to claim all of the expansions to both BF1 and BF4, so it's worth keeping an eye on the Battlefield site and the calendar to not miss out.
In addition, Battlefield 1 players will be able to claim all of the DLC that has been released including In the Name of the Tsar, Turning Tides and Apocalypse. The first two were already handed out in May, but developers are hinting around that they may become available again for those who missed out.
Each week a number of events will be available in Battlefield 1 that will let players unlock Dog Tags, Squad XP boosts, weapon / equipment skins and more. Each will be clearly marked on the player's in-game calendar.
