Summary: For multiplayer fans of this series, there's a lot to love about Battlefield V. It brings the classic Battlefield presentation and gameplay to a World War 2 setting, with some nice changes to make things feel fresh. However, the campaign is still lacking, and the launch bugs still present.
Publisher: Electronic Arts
Genres: First-Person Shooter, Vehicle Combat
Despite changes such as fortifications, more physical character movement, and an increased focus on squads, it still scratches that distinctive FPS itch that Battlefield always has. It’s not a massive, dramatic reinvention of the series, but I wasn’t expecting that anyway.
