The cheap plastic claws that were given out to celebrate Wolverine’s appearance at San Diego Comic-Con are already being resold for far more than the game itself.
It’s a bit of an awkward time to be one of PlayStation’s most anticipated exclusive games, which is something that Wolverine has been learning constantly over the past few weeks. Despite all of the rage about physical releases, Insomniac has had to truck on and try to get people excited about its first game starring Logan.
That includes a big presence at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con, with Wolverine headlining, sharing a new trailer at a panel, and having plenty of cool opportunities for fans. One of the smaller ways that fans can celebrate Wolverine at SDCC is with a cheap plastic claw accessory, which, despite being given out for free, has now become a collector’s item.
