Rockstar Just Updated The GTA 6 Website, And Fans Are Losing It

Marketing for Grand Theft Auto 6 is on a completely different track from its predecessor. While 11 months out from GTA 5, outlets had previewed the game, interviews were all over the media, and billboards had hit big cities like New York, GTA 6 has been far quieter. Take-Two's CEO has promised it will start this summer, but outside of one exciting day when a bunch of screenshots dropped and pre-orders went live, we've not had anything.

We might, might, be at the point where it's about to happen, though, as a few days before Take-Two's next earnings call, Rockstar has updated the GTA 6 website not once, not twice, but three times, and fans are convinced that means something is on its way.

There have been persistent theories from eager Grand Theft Auto fans as to when the next trailer could drop. They're often so whacky that they need to be taken with a pinch of salt, but this one may have some legs.

Rather than relying on the moon's orbit or a character's clothing, eagle-eyed fans have spotted something unusual happening with the official GTA 6 website.
