Pokemon is a ridiculously popular franchise and has enjoyed a never-ending stream of main series titles and spin-offs since it hit the scene in the 90s. One of the most popular Pokemon spin-offs ever released is 2026's Pokemon Pokopia, which combines the world of Pokemon with mechanics more commonly found in games like Minecraft, Stardew Valley, and Animal Crossing.
Pokopia earned strong reviews at the time of its release, becoming the highest-rated game in the franchise in the process. Pokopia has been a top-seller on the Nintendo Switch 2 and is one of the best reasons to pick up Nintendo's latest home console/handheld hybrid. Pokopia's base game has enough content to keep players busy for dozens if not hundreds of hours, but soon there will be even more to do.
