Star Wars Zero Company Players Are Already Restoring Cut Content

In any game's development, there's always content that gets left on the cutting room floor. Perhaps the devs ran out of time to get something ready, or just decided the final game didn't need it. Whatever the case, traces of cut content can often be found in the game files, with fans even able to restore it if they have the know-how.

This is the case with Star Wars Zero Company, with a player finding evidence of scrapped missions in the game. Better yet, they've even managed to make these missions playable just days after launch, and have released them publicly if anyone on PC wants to give them a try.

Restored Operations by Nexus Mods user Cafiso adds four playable side missions into Star Wars Zero Company, which were partially finished and found in the game. While the textures are unfinished, the modder says the missions are perfectly playable.

"Four skirmish missions sit finished in the game files but were never registered in any mission table," Cafiso says. "This mod puts them back in the rotation. Two of them are on Courtsilius, a planet you will not find anywhere else in the game. The other two are on...
