GTA Online Adds Official Roleplay Support to Make GTA 6 Wait Easier

GTA 6 is finally going to be released soon, and now Rockstar has decided to provide official support to one of the most popular servers in GTA Online, nopixel.

If you're unfamiliar with nopixel, it's not what you might think of when talking about GTA Online. It's a roleplay server, meaning it was modded and exists for the purpose of players existing in the virtual world as the character they created, building stories with other players.

Unfortunately, the support for GTA roleplay from Rockstar being timed more than a decade after GTA Online was released and right before GTA 6 is being released leaves players feeling like this is a sign that GTA 6 Online isn't going to be arriving anytime soon.

On top of that, we likely aren't going to see the PC version of GTA 6 anytime soon either, especially since Rockstar has said basically nothing about it so far. Because of this, Rockstar's support for nopixel feels like the company's way to give something to the online and PC players who are going to be waiting a while for any GTA 6 release.
