GTA 6 might finally have a solution to that ludonarrative dissonance, with an elaborate honor system that builds on the foundations laid by Red Dead Redemption 2.
As reported by GameSpot, rather than the binary honor meter that tracked Arthur Morgan's every move, GTA 6 will feature a criminal profile that evolves based on your actions. Jason and Lucia can earn labels like Professional, Aggressive, Violent, and Psycho, but there's also a fifth, currently unknown state. One so villainous that you can't wash your reputation clean once you reach it. A point of no return for those who go on one too many murder sprees in Vice City. It's unclear how this will affect the narrative, but considering how honor played a role in Red Dead's story, it seems unlikely that blowing up entire crowds...
