While the gameplay trailer for The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Remake has been receiving plenty of praise from fans, it also prompted an incredibly mixed reaction to Link's new design and the high-fidelity visual direction of the newest entry in the series.
Despite the controversy, one thing fans have been able to universally agree on comes from Nintendo's decision to deliver a fully physical release for the Ocarina of Time Remake, which even has its own fancy special edition. While the foil pre-order bonus is an excellent way to celebrate the series, a new edition just dropped that will be completely unavailable to millions of players.
As if the limited pre-order bonus of the textured foil-printed cover for Ocarina of Time wasn't enough, as noted by Wario64 on X, Nintendo is also partnering with EB Games to release a Canadian-exclusive physical edition of the remake. Not only does the EB Games variant guarantee that you'll get a textured foil version on release, but it also comes with a Nintendo 64-themed slipcase.
