Lucasfilm Games has just shared a sizzle reel that highlights some of its biggest titles, which surprisingly includes the Knights of the Old Republic remake and Star Wars Eclipse.
Star Wars may not be doing so well in the world of movies and TV shows, but it’s absolutely flourishing when it comes to video games. The Jedi games, Zero Company, the unfairly bashed Outlaws, and Squadrons have all been big hits over the past few years, and they’re just the start, with plenty of other big projects in the works.
As well as the recently announced Fate of the Old Republic and the unannounced but confirmed third Jedi game, two of the biggest upcoming Star Wars games are also the ones we’ve been waiting on the longest - the KOTOR remake and Quantic Dream’s Star Wars Eclipse. It’s been a long time since we’ve heard from either, which might be why Lucasfilm just reminded us they exist.
