The Witcher 3 remaster has found itself in a monster den of backlash, besieged by kikimores and ekimmara (read: fans and critics) alike for its "washed out" and "lifeless" visuals. Your settings, of course, play a crucial part, with path-tracing, ray-tracing, and HDR all offering vastly different results. Bloom even made things worse until CDPR rolled out a hotfix earlier this week. So, while it might be frustrating, you can get a more vibrant, better contrasted look by tinkering. And there's a mod that makes that even easier now.

gleb63's newest offering on Nexus Mods is a necessity for anyone who is painstakingly going over their settings to make The Witcher 3 remaster look as good as it possibly can. As with most games, you move a few sliders, turn a few things on and off, and then jump back into the game and end up playing spot the difference trying to work out what's changed.
