Marvel Rivals Is Basically Adding Endgame's Final Battle When Thanos Arrives

NetEase has confirmed it will be adding Thanos to Marvel Rivals, giving us our first look at how the Mad Titan will appear in-game. The iconic MCU villain won’t be a playable character, at least not yet, but the mode that will introduce him to the game sounds pretty special.

As is often the case when Thanos shows up in comics, movies, and now a hero shooter, in Rivals, players will be tasked with teaming up to take him down. Not just in a standard team of six, but as a team of 50 in an all-new mode that will see scores of you working together to defeat Thanos and his army.

If you think that’s starting to sound a little bit like Rivals is about to have a mode where you can play through Avengers: Endgame’s final battle with a rotating roster of heroes and villains, you’d be right.
