Bethesda Softworks marked their 40th anniversary by finally giving The Elder Scrolls VI an official title eight years after it's initial reveal.
The Elder Scrolls VI is officially The Elder Scrolls VI: Sentinel. Publisher Bethesda Softworks and developer Bethesda Game Studios confirmed the titling as part of their 40th anniversary celebration. As part of the announcement, Bethesda shared a quick CG teaser and the official logo. Additional details about what the game could be about, a look at gameplay, or platforms remains a major unknown. The Elder Scrolls VI was initially announced back in 2018 alongside Starfield. Showing only a brief teaser, Bethesda didn't confirm any additional details about the upcoming title. Despite Starfield's 2023 release, the studio and publisher never released any major details about the project. To celebrate today's announcement, The Elder Scrolls Online players can enjoy a free, limited time campaign, Ailk'r Awaits. This campaign encourages players to explore the Second Era version of the Ailk'r Desert starting today to earn special rewards.
Despite today's announcement, very few details about the game are known. Officially, we know...
