If this year's FIFA World Cup got you all primed for "football" (i.e. soccer, you US fans), then we have good news today: Football Manager 2019 is coming to multiple platforms on Friday, November 2nd "with a brand new look" according to the development team.

There are three versions of the game, all being released on the same date: Football Manager 2019 for Mac and PC; Football Manager 2019 Touch for Mac, PC, iOS and Android devices; and Football Manager 2019 Mobile for iOS and Android.

Football Manager 2019 will be saying goodbye to the iconic 'Manager Man' who has featured on the cover of every Football Manager game since FM 2005, to be replaced by a manager's eye view of the pitch as the gaffer and players head down the tunnel ahead of a big match. With redesigned logos, loads of new and improved features, and the implementation of the DFL Bundesliga license for the first time, Football Manager 2019 is set to be even more comprehensive in its realism than ever before.

September will see a relaunch of the Football Manager website that will include a first-look at the new features. Keep an eye out on the official social media channels for the exact date.

PC and Mac players who pre-order FM2019 from "an approved SEGA retailer" (physical or digital edition) will receive a 10% discount and be able to participate in "a fully-playable Beta version, which will be available roughly two weeks prior to the official street date. Single player careers started in the Beta can be carried across to the full game".
