The following article contains minor spoilers for a couple of Black Myth: Wukong's secret bosses.

While not as deep as something like Elden Ring, Black Myth: Wukong is rich in lore and secrets, many of which are still being discovered by players.

Players can visit real-world locations, like Mount Huaguo, just for beating the game.

The game is full of hidden areas, concealed items, and secret bosses — some of which you can use to your advantage.

Shingandang is one of Black Myth: Wukong's secret Chapter 2 bosses.

After collecting all six Buddha's Eyeball items that are hidden around the Fright Cliff area of the chapter, you can proceed to the Rock Rest Platform—the area where you would normally fight the Stone Vanguard boss.

At the entrance to the arena, slightly to the left, is what appears to be a giant stone. Approaching this stone with all six Buddha's Eyeballs will give an interaction prompt, which, when used, will summon the area's secret boss, the giant Shigandang.

If you've yet to beat the Stone Vanguard, summoning Shingandang will cause a Monster Hunter-esque turf war between the two rocky behemoths. Of course, Shigandang is significantly larger than the Stone Vanguard, so...
