Dragon Age: The Veilguard game director Corinne Busche has revealed the game's steamiest romance is with Taash, the Qunari dragonslayer.
In an interview with IGN, Busche spoke about how the game's romances are interwoven with the rest of The Veilguard, and how they evolve throughout the narrative.
When asked which romance she considered the 'steamiest', she responded Taash. "I'd have to say Taash. When I got to that scene and saw the finished version of the cinematic, I was hollering. Hollering," Busche responded.
Every party member in The Veilguard is romanceable, regardless of gender, race and class. Busche has insisted that the characters are not 'playersexual' but rather pansexual as they can also romance one another if the player decides not to pursue them. This is distinct from other Dragon Age games, except Dragon Age 2, which had each character having a distinct sexuality.
Taash is affiliated with the Lords of Fortune, a guild of treasure hunters and dungeoneers. Taash was born in Rivain, possibly in the peaceful Qunari settlement of Kont-aar in the north of the kingdom, but this is unconfirmed.
