Nintendo has announced Alarmo, a new interactive alarm clock full of Nintendo-themed sounds and visuals. It's due to land early next year, although you'll want to sign up for Nintendo Switch Online if you want an early chance at grabbing it.
According to a press release, Alarmo is "an interactive alarm clock designed to add some Nintendo charm to your home and your daily routine".
It's got a motion sensor that responds to movement; Nintendo says you can snooze it "with motion alone", and you can stop it simply by getting out of bed, with no button presses required.
The clock features 35 scenes inspired by five Nintendo games, and Nintendo says that you'll "experience immersive sounds and music" from the games you pick in the mornings. Here's the list of games that have inspired scenes and sounds on the Nintendo Alarmo.
Alarmo also lets you check how much you've moved around in your sleep via its Records function, and it features two different modes for your morning alarm: Steady and Gentle.
