Blizzard just revealed a huge drop campaign for its upcoming Warcraft Direct, featuring two new mounts for World of Warcraft, free packs for Hearthstone, and a portrait, Rare core, and Sylvanas Leader for Warcraft Rumble. Players will be able to collect these digital goodies for all three games by tuning in to the Warcraft Direct presentation on Twitch, YouTube, or TikTok – or during any streams for nearly a month afterward.
This year, Blizzard chose not to hold BlizzCon, instead opting to attend other conventions, such as Gamescom and Dreamhack. It is also experimenting with other digital showcases, such as the inaugural Warcraft Direct presentation taking place on November 13 at 10 AM PST, only a couple of days before the franchise’s 30th anniversary.
