Among Us is a superb multiplayer game that is great on Nintendo Switch. It's easy to pick up, but difficult to put down.

Airborne Kingdom is rarely a very exciting game, but it's absolutely lovely to look at, feels relaxing and pleasant to play, and manages to stand out in a genre that has been crowded for decades

Graphical downgrades don't stop Doom Eternal from being a thoroughly entertaining shooter.

Alba: A Wildlife Adventure itself is not careless. It has great emotional flourishes that feel earned. The music swells, the visuals gleam and the story comes together well.

An incredible entry to the monster collecting genre, Monster Sanctuary combines turn based battles and Metroidvania exploration to make a truly unique experience.

The general presentation isn't anything special, the responsiveness isn't as tight as I'd hoped,  and the music featured does nothing to make me feel motivated whilst training, however, there's still a solid fitness experience that'll appeal to a lot of people who need that extra push over the Christmas period.

An incredible package of puzzle gaming content, Puyo Puyo Tetris 2 is full of wacky and serious game modes that will delight players of all experience levels.

WRC 9 on PS5 adds a new layer to the gameplay thanks to the haptic feedback, with improved visuals that're noticeable from the start.

Out of the Blue's debut game manages to pack in some complex puzzles set amongst some beautiful environments, and has a story that keeps you hooked throughout.

Playing Haven with someone else feels like the natural way to approach it, but you’ll still enjoy it if you’re playing on your own. It can be a tough game to grind through, especially when scouring different areas that often look the same, but the relationship between Yu and Kay is very relatable. Movement is satisfying, and the combat is simple enough to enjoy. The Game Bakers has managed to build an interesting narrative throughout, and the couple’s own story is just as important and engaging.

Despite a few flaws, Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the most consistently astounding pieces of media I've ever had the pleasure of consuming.

Worms Rumble is fun at times, but with server issues and some weapons being overpowered, there are problems that need addressing or else people will fall off it too quickly.

PHOGS! is a puzzler aimed at those who want a fun escape and a chilled out experience, but also welcomes them to a place filled with happiness, charm, and comfort.

Morbid: The Seven Acolytes is an enjoyable adventure if you're after a steep challenge, but the lack of certain elements limits the amount of options you have.

Destropolis is a fun arcade game, that score chasers will adore. Unfortunately for everyone else, there just isn't enough content to keep you coming back for more.

A thoughtful and rewarding classic Roguelike, Shiren the Wanderer: The Tower of Fortune and the Dice of Fate is incredibly satisfying if you put the time into it.

Overcooked! All You Can Eat bundles two exquisite co-op games together, while adding some great accessibility options and making a ton of impressive technical improvements.

It lays the existentialism on pretty thick at times, and it has the potential to thoroughly overwhelm you, but Per Aspera is an oddly intoxicating expedition into the colonisation of another world.
