Haven is a charming and unusual sci-fi RPG about love prevailing above all else, although between its thrilling gravity boot rides and respectable combat are long spans of monotonous resource gathering and clean-up.

Haven finds a groove in its exploration and character-building, but the combat and big narrative beats throw it off

Audience Reviews

I came in high from FURI (Game Bakers debut game), reluctant to play a "Cringey" romance sim. I am left clamoring for more banter and dialogue between protagonist Kay & Yu and more FF7 style active turn based combat (Haven is much faster paced in combat tho). It runs (On PC) fine and visuals rely solely on a distinct art style. The music is another cnc machined-razor-sharp-focused
