8 / 10.0 - Just Cause 4

With its extreme weather scenarios and the familiar, over-the-top usage of Rico's grapple gun, wingsuit and parachute, Just Cause 4 is the most ridiculous and best it has ever been.

It almost feels like Horizon Chase did to Out Run what Octopath Traveler did to 16 bit era JRPGs when it comes to feel and visuals. If you need something to satiate your old school racing desire before Out Run shows up next year, get this. It is a must play title.

6 / 10.0 - Fallout 76
Nov 25, 2018

If you can re-frame Fallout 76 as a survival crafting game in the Fallout universe rather than viewing it as the next instalment in the series then you will have a better time. It is not without its faults, but there is a base there that has the potential to be improved upon as time goes by.
