FIFA 21 comes off as a straightforward update to last year’s game, with quality of life improvements that in any other game would have been implemented via a title update.

Overall, Kirby Fighters 2 is simply a below par fighting game. From mechanics to content, the game is simply a mediocre experience.

If the collection had gone beyond being a simple port and upping of resolution this could have been an utterly amazing experience, but unfortunately the lack of improvements to the game makes it a lacklustre collection.

Ary and the Secret of Seasons is a delightful action adventure that has great gameplay ideas but ultimately falls short. It’s off to a shaky start, but if the game can survive the next generation launch and assemble a community with a diverse range of superheroes and missions, there’s no reason that this game can’t be great in the not too distant future.

Overall, Wasteland 3 is both a massive improvement on its predecessor and a fantastic game its own right. It’s filled with good writing, interesting quests and deliciously difficult turn-based combat.

It’s definitely a disappointment compared to the new powers and trippy areas we received in the first part of Control’s season pass – The Foundation – and the new meat it throws to Alan Wake fans does little to resolve the character’s lingering narrative threads, but to set up new ones.
