Farming Simulator 17 was the butt of many jokes. But as I have painstakingly found out, it deserves to be that butt. Don’t buy this.
If you already love The Sims 4, then this expansion is a must-buy for you. If you’re on the fence, I’m not sure City Living will change your mind.
World of Final Fantasy is an absolute joy if you’re a fan of the series or a fan of monster-catching titles, but only just scratches that itch that we’ve all been anticipating for Final Fantasy XV.
Dishonored 2 is a great game, and it offers a lot of value. It's definitely worth considering if you’re into stealth games, and looking for something with a lot of replay value.
I wanted Watch Dogs 2 to be a continuation of the great ideas they had in the original while making a better experience. My expectations were exceeded. This is definitely worth your time and money.
I am torn. A part of me is enjoying reliving through Skyrim and making different choices this time around. However every time I bump into an old bug or the game crashes on me, I sigh and the whole thing seems a lot cheaper. Why are all the listed changes to the game cosmetic improvements to lighting? It leaves a slight taste of making a quick buck while everyone waits for Elder Scrolls VI.
ou can’t really go wrong with this title and with it being marginally cheaper than most AAA games, it’s a good value proposition as well.
As a remaster of a once (probably still) a great series, it doesn’t seem to be worthy of the title “remastered” as a lot is left to be desired in terms of gameplay mechanics, lack of historic bug fixes and underwhelming graphic improvement.
There’s post-game content galore and a total of 801 new Pokémon to catch. No one can say that there isn’t enough to do in this game.
If a really challenging management game is what you're after, Planet Coaster probably won't keep you interested for the long term – at least in its current form. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have rollercoasters to build.
The problem with Super Mario Maker for Nintendo 3DS is that while it does everything it needs to be a fun title, it does still have a bigger and better older brother. It comes around as a sleeker model that offers much of the same experience but it, unfortunately, left the popular features of the older model behind.
The shapes look way more impressive and advanced than the first game and if you’re after a challenge Round 2 will provide the knockout you need
There will definitely be some people who will play and love this game, and that is great, but for more casual extreme sports fans, you will very quickly get bored with what is on offer. It’s a shame, because I had really high hopes for it.
If you’re a diehard Skylanders fan, or really love Crash Bandicoot, or have young children who love Skylanders, Imaginators is a no-brainer. If your kids are older, if you want to play with them, or if you don’t have kids at all, consider Disney Infinity 3.0 or LEGO Dimensions to save your sanity.
The controls might feel a bit dated, but that wont deter you from finding the next weapon or vehicle to craft and field test to your hearts content.
This might be the darkest game in the series, but it is also, I feel, the best one so far. This is Final Fantasy, right down to the heart of it: four warriors of light looking for a crystal.
Ueda has worked on a game that's not perfect, but it's purposely not perfect… which ironically just about makes it a perfect experience. If you have a heart it's going to pull on all those strings, be prepared. Ueda is truly the last guardian of pure gaming 'feels' of our time.
Batman: The Telltale Series proves once again that Telltale are still one of the best game development companies at doing what they do best, telling tales, and keeping you on the edge of your seat throughout the 5 episodes
Don Bradman Cricket 17 hasn’t hit a six just yet, but they are building this franchise off singles that in time will make ducks out of the competition.
Dragon Quest VIII: The Journey of the Cursed King definitely sits high up on my ‘must play RPG’s’ list and is a must play for all role playing fans.
