7 / 10.0 - Party Hard 2
Nov 22, 2018

While it has its flaws, Party Hard 2 is ultimately an enjoyably challenging stealth game. It provides open environments that lets you solve problems your own way, and its over the top violence and dark humor easily crosses the line into ridiculousness.

Life is Strange 2, while off to a rocky start, has potential for its future episodes I am interested to see how the events that Sean and Daniel have been through intertwine with the lives of Chris and his abusive, alcoholic father. Ultimately, both stories seem to be leading to one conclusion and it will definitely be an emotional and gut-wrenching journey for all of the main characters going forward.

8 / 10.0 - Dead by Daylight
Nov 15, 2018

Dead by Daylight is asymmetrical multiplayer done right. There are few games like this out there, and this is one of them at the top. If you can handle the high tension atmosphere and dark themes, check it out with some friends.

8.5 / 10.0 - Sunless Sea
Nov 14, 2018

A unique setting makes this survival/exploration game stand apart from the pack, along with it's RPG elements. If the sound of well-written stories of captains facing the horrors of the sea piques your interest, look no further. Sunless Sea is a standout in a well-saturated genre.

Transpose is a fantastic puzzle VR experience and will leave many wanting more. While it can make players temporarily disoriented, that only shows how creative the game can be. I highly recommend it.

If one avoids unnecessary romance, turns off gore, and is able to stand the strong language, AC Odyssey is a good buy, if only for the story and historical setting.

Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun is a game that hits me right square in the nostalgia, almost completely disarming of my faculties as a critic. As a love letter to the fans of Commandos, it is a dream come true.

Save Me Mr Tako is a lovingly crafted Gameboy nostalgia trip that plays great and is a fun adventure to take part in. While newer players may find the archaic design detrimental, fans of original Gameboy titles will find plenty to love here.

While Achtung! Cthulhu Tactics does basic gameplay well, it lacks challenge, depth, and uniqueness. The price is a little steep, so wait for it to go on sale or pass on this one. There are better strategy games to play.

Speed Brawl is an exciting dash from one challenge to the next. Simple enough to be picked up easily and challenging enough to keep you engaged, it's just plain fun that will keep you coming back for more.

8.5 / 10.0 - To Leave
Oct 23, 2018

While it has great gameplay and story, To Leave has intense themes not for the faint of heart. Despite the length of the game and the somewhat high price, I recommend it.

9 / 10.0 - SoulCalibur VI

Soul Calibur has always been unique with its 8-way movement system and is hands-down the best fighter of it's kind. If you're a fan of fighting games at all, then play this game. You won't regret it.
