Strikers Edge is a fun arcade-style release that takes the rules of dodgeball to give us a medieval arena-based release where blunt weapons and spells will be sent flying all over the place to try and get a headshot here and there for massive damage to win the match. The game's colorful setting and tight gameplay mechanics give us a solid indie release on PS4, but even though it does include a single player campaign mode, its focus on multiplayer sessions and online gaming will keep some of you from playing this release.

If you're a fan of the Metroidvania genre, then you should definitely get The Aquatic Adventure of the Last Human. The gameplay is solid, and the game is a lot of fun with plenty of content to offer on PS4. You'll explore colorful areas as well as other more post-apocalyptic dark spaces that will keep you coming back for more as you secure more power-ups that allow you to progress further and further into the game. Defeating enemies and bosses and searching for audio logs as you learn more and more about the lore of this universe feels great, and I'm sure you'll love the polished writing for both.

Old Man's Journey is a brilliant game that I definitely recommend you play on Switch. It's a gorgeous release with clever puzzles that are easy to solve and an overall interesting story that will keep you interested until the end. I'm glad that Broken Rules decided to bring this game to Nintendo's console and I look forward to seeing what the studio will bring us next.

Overall, it is an interesting story that needs to be heard, but probably not one that will live with you for a long time.

Hammerwatch on Switch is a great looking pixel art game with plenty of content to enjoy both in single player and multiplayer mode. With seven classes to choose from, character upgrades to unlock and two whole campaigns to complete, not to mention the game's extra modes, this is a Nintendo Switch release that is easy to recommend.

The upgrade to the game's look to present them in a 16:9 aspect ratio, as well as the gameplay improvements for the first two games applied from the third game in the series make this the definitive version of the trilogy.

Immortal Redneck is a fun fast paced first person shooter, and getting to the top of the pyramid is a huge grind as you will need to spend plenty of money on upgrades to have a shot at reaching the top.

Is Energy Balance a game worth your time and money? If you are great with numbers and want a short game with a Platinum trophy, then you'll definitely get the most out of this one. But if math is not your thing and you don't like taking on puzzles with random solutions every time you play then you should skip this one.

The Count Lucanor is a solid indie release on Nintendo Switch with a story that takes a turn into creepy territory, presented with an interesting minimalist pixel art style that makes the game stand out. It's a release that does not overstay its welcome, clocking in at around 3 to 5 hours depending on your skill level and how many rooms you end up completing between those with real letters and those with the fake ones, which is the perfect size for this quirky adventure.
