Neon City Riders is a great first step for Mecha Studios, surely it did need some technical polish but with all the great things that the game is offering such as the gorgeous pixel art, clever puzzles, epic boss fights and satisfying challenge, how can you not overlook it's missteps?

It is still hard to rate a game like To the Moon, it is a linear story without any branching narrative, and gameplay is very limited, but if you tried to look at things from another perspective, judging the game for what it is than what it is not, you may agree that it is a fantastic entertainment product, a touching story about dreams and bonds, and granting the last wish of a dying man.

The game is rich in content and gameplay is solid and technical which sometimes can recreate the thrill of the real thing. however there are numerous issues that affected our enjoyment, the game felt like it needed some tuning, AI felt cheap, and some of the sport's biggest stars like Roger Federer are missing.
