Yoshi's Crafted World takes many elements that made Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island one of the best platformers ever. It hast an excellent level design and its art style is full of life and personality. A worthy successor to the SNES classic.

Without fear of being wrong I can say that Sekiro is not only one of the best titles of this generation, but it is one of the best we have seen in many years and will be remembered as one of the great jewels of the decade.

In some ways, One Piece: World Seeker is an exciting adventure that makes you feel inside an official OVA. Sadly, it has a poor combat system and an outdated mission design that makes you forget everything it does right.

6.8 / 10.0 - Dead or Alive 6
Mar 20, 2019

Small additions to gameplay still manage to keep Dead or Alive 6 as a solid alternative in the fighting genre. However, much of its appeal has vanished in order to fit a gargantuan season pass that betrays his collecting soul.

Devil May Cry 5 is an excellent return to the basics and pure gameplay, but taken to a new level thanks to current technology. With a proposal full of action, fun and motivated, Capcom has succeeded in a new account and has been one of the best games of 2019.

6 / 10.0 - Anthem
Mar 5, 2019

Anthem struggles to deliver an engaging and ongoing experience to return and grind every day. Even if you manage to look above his flaws, like underwhelming loot design, mission structure and rigid combat, there is little joy to be found in this game.

7 / 10.0 - Crackdown 3
Feb 21, 2019

Despite all the promises and the delays, Crackdown 3 is an unexpected miracle. It's genuinely a fun game to pick up and play for a couple of days, but not for longer, as its dated design will turn this experience into a boring and monotonous adventure. Might not be worth the full price, but for members of Xbox Game Pass it's an obligatory stop.

5.8 / 10.0 - Far Cry: New Dawn
Feb 18, 2019

Far Cry expansions were great ways in which developers could try something new and wild. Sadly, New Dawn is not the case. The game feels safe, simple and generic. Is time to let the franchise rest and let some new ideas to flow.

6 / 10.0 - JUMP FORCE
Feb 18, 2019

Hindered by a series of uninspired and questionable design choices, and little to no attention in key areas, Jump Force is a fun enough game manages to shine in brief, sporadic moments. A more bitter than sweet experience.

8.8 / 10.0 - Metro Exodus
Feb 14, 2019

Metro: Exodus is a good example of how a series can left behind some of its core ideas and still deliver a well-defined experience for the players that played the previous games. With great pace and outstanding atmospheric details, 4A Games latest production will fill the nuclear gap left by the previous leader of the post apocalyptic genre.

Without a doubt, Kingdom Hearts is a satisfactory chapter in one of the most beloved JRPG franchise. It has some problems that could have been ironed out, but it still a great and magical experience that can be enjoyed by fans and newcomers alike. It was worth the long wait.

8 / 10.0 - Just Cause 4
Dec 17, 2018

In many occasions we usually consider that good results are achieved by adding; bigger, more impactful, more showy, more noisy. However, at no time and under any circumstances is it assured that this is so and in Just Cause 4 this results in its greatest virtue and its greatest weakness. We have a huge open world, but with a mission design exploited to exhaustion for more than 10 years by countless titles. We have a freedom of action that allow us to overcome the enemy, but without defined limits that allow us to overcome even the game itself. Despite the improvements and implementations of this fourth installment, the final result tells us that it is not more, nor less than its predecessor and that, without a doubt, was an untapped opportunity. Even so, Just Cause 4 does not represent a setback or a bad delivery in the terms of the franchise and if you are a fan of the adventures of Rico Rodriguez, you will not be disappointed after making the revolution succeed in Solis.
