8.7 / 10.0 - Bloodborne
Mar 24, 2015

Bloodborne is a solid quality dungeon crawler, with an interesting and novel combat proposal that, at times, manages to capture the visceral satisfaction that characterizes hard gaming. The presence of technical problems, lack of variety and a bit of haste in its content prevent it from achieving excellence, but it is definitely a quality proposition that PlayStation 4 players should not miss. Let's hope the evolution of From Software doesn't stop at this point, and that future installments will refine and give more new blood to the venerable tradition of this genre.

7.5 / 10.0 - ScreamRide
Mar 3, 2015

Screamride is simple and a lot of fun, especially for those with patience and desire to design an attraction. Testing and playing with the default mountains is fun, but there is nothing like exploding your creativity and building an attraction from scratch. The future of this title is promising, but the community will decide if the creation of attractions will pay off. If you are looking for fun without ties and put your imagination to the test, do not hesitate to give this installment a try and share with the world the roller coaster of your dreams.

The title represents a good opportunity for veterans to rediscover this classic, while purists who don't know it yet may want to enjoy the original experience first. More than a reissue, The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask 3D is an interpretation, an interesting revision that no player should miss. Even with a polygon mask and slight adjustments, looking underneath it reveals an unlikely adventure, a brooding glee that is unmistakably a reflection of another era of game design. Visiting Termina means leaving the epic plains of Ocarina of Time to descend into unique introspection. Welcome to the carnival.

‎Strangely poignant and profound, ‎‎Grim Fandango Remastered‎‎ is a well-deserved return to an adventure that fans of this genre cannot miss. Far from the easy tears and technical expertise of ‎‎The Walking Dead,‎‎this title is a distinguished example of a time when updating a flawed release was much more complicated. Original, fun and indispensable if you like well-written scripts in video games, we are happy to remember ‎‎Grim Fandango.‎‎ If you've never played it, take ‎‎it,‎‎this is your chance to enjoy it.‎

7.8 / 10.0 - Dying Light
Jan 30, 2015

‎Dying Light‎‎ blazenly steals elements from other exponents in video games, but the way it implements each mechanic is impressive; the unfortunate thing is that, apparently, the studio lacks ambition to innovate.‎

10 / 10.0 - Grand Theft Auto V
Nov 25, 2014

Playing GTA V on Xbox One brought me to relive the magnificence of this extraordinary game where you can wreak destruction and mayhem in a huge setting full of traffic, policemen, pedestrians, cats, mountain lions, deer, and coyotes that you can throw into pleasure in escaping the law in any of dozens of luxury cars you buy or steal in the game. If you did not have a chance to play it in the past generation, the new version will leave you open-mouthed and if you did, it will probably amaze you too, although the surprise will quickly fade, when you realize that you are doing exactly the same missions.

‎Without a doubt, ‎‎Super Smash Bros. for Wii U‎‎ is an indispensable recommendation for your console and one of the most excellent releases for this end of the year, as well as a title of lasting value both in its casual fun aspect and in its competitive side.‎

‎It is difficult to sum up how vast ‎‎Inquisition‎‎is. If you're a fan of the saga, this installment will restore your faith in BioWare, and if you've never experienced a virtual role-playing game, I invite you to try it out. ‎‎Dragon Age‎‎ is the perfect proof that there are still titles of the genre for audiences looking for real challenges. Get ready, we have a time ahead of us when the RPG can once again be king.‎

8.3 / 10.0 - Sunset Overdrive
Oct 30, 2014

In short, the experience is refreshing thanks to its fun mechanics and accessible gameplay. Breaking the fourth wall and interacting with the player almost all the time is his backbone and although the comparisons will not wait, the incredible graphics, the great humor and the addictiveness of parkour place Sunset Overdrive in the crosshairs of every car owner. Xbox One.

9.6 / 10.0 - Bayonetta 2
Oct 23, 2014

‎ It's a gem skillfully created by a master nostalgic for the golden age of video games who knows that banality and bad taste sometimes touch the exquisite, a lover of luxury, eccentricity, ornament and baroque: the glorious return of a wild muse.‎

7.8 / 10.0 - The Evil Within
Oct 17, 2014

‎The Evil Within is, deep down, the work of an old industry master who has achieved a high skill in his art, but who cannot surprise us and catch us like his previous works. It's a cleanly executed game that will certainly give nightmare moments to those who aren't used to the countless series of stereotypes that make up it, but that doesn't bring something really new or memorable to survival horror veterans.‎

8 / 10.0 - Minecraft
Oct 6, 2014

‎Minecraft: PlayStation 4 Edition‎‎ extends the technical limits of this title on consoles by privileging its fans and staying the course without the need for unnecessary or low-value additions. However, this also plays against it because the formula, while successful, has many additional elements in its PC counterpart and even the mobile edition has larger worlds than this version of next-generation consoles. ‎

8.8 / 10.0 - Forza Horizon 2
Sep 29, 2014

Forza Horizon 2 is an excellent racing game and although it innovates little in structure, the visual and sound production standard, the depth, variety and maneuverability of this experience make it worth every penny and that it is one of the must-have exclusives on Xbox One.

7.5 / 10.0 - Shadowgate
Aug 27, 2014

‎We're in love with ‎‎Shadowgate‎‎ and its complexity, but that has to do with nostalgia, so, without a doubt, veterans of the franchise will love this new installment. As for the new players outside the point and click, they may consider the experience inaccessible and even unattractive, because the title is true to its roots, but it stays in the past by not providing novelties that keep it relevant in the present.‎

Diablo III: Reaper of Souls - Ultimate Evil Edition is available for both Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 as well as for Xbox One and PlayStation 4, but if what you want is to experience the true sensation of playing on a console, I recommend that you try it on consoles. next generation. Blizzard commented that updates coming to PC will also be on consoles, so you'll have the same experience. This version may not be the definitive Diablo III experience, but if you don't have access to the game on your PC, you should definitely give it a try.

‎In the end, a ploy or not to patch a sparse line of software, ‎‎The Last of Us: Remastered‎‎ is a new version of one of the best titles of the previous generation and we must judge it by that and not by whether some players already finished it on another console. In this regard, I remember that as I walked through their desolation I saw here and there American flags flying in a carefree relent: there will be people, like me, who will buy this magnificent game a second time; after all, it's easier to imagine the end of the world than capitalism, I thought.‎

8.7 / 10.0 - Shovel Knight
Jun 26, 2014

Shovel Knight is a work of true enthusiasm, dedication and love of detail that will satisfy not only those who have not tried a challenging and well-made old-school platformer for a while, but those who have been disappointed by the proliferation of soulless indies. late. Shovel Knight is an old warrior who keeps the ancient gaming traditions intact despite the times and changes, good or bad. It is true that it lacks a bit more to be truly extraordinary, perhaps it is too married to its archaic traditions and its armor is not as brilliant as it could be, but it is one of the best indie releases of this year, without a doubt. Recommended.

9.4 / 10.0 - Mario Kart 8
May 21, 2014

‎Mario Kart 8‎‎ is a return to the root of the franchise: short tracks full of curves that demand skill and a total memorization of each of its details and shortcuts. Over the years, the careers of this series were filled with small tasks to accomplish; they are stimuli with a more powerful brain massage effect than a sudoku.‎

The game, as an extension to the history of the Halo universe, contributes little and leaves some loose ends in its attempt to narrate the origins of the Spartan Ops that the colossal Infinity fleet conceived for the Spartan IV project in Halo 4. In the end, Halo : Spartan Assault has a lot to do as a member of the imposing franchise to which it belongs, and it definitely does not feel like a new generation. If you're a fan of the series, you don't want to miss it, but if the Master Chief saga doesn't fascinate you, skipping it won't affect your everyday life.
