Earth's Dawn has an unusual visual style and an enjoyable role-playing system, though a boring plot, poorly developed characters and a hundred of silly side quests reducing all efforts to zero. It is a good game for killing your time, but the developers forgot to release a portable version, with which its short sessions would be much more appreciated.

Root Letter is not the worst example of the modern visual novel, that suffering from a lingering story, routine, almost zero interaction and stereotyped characters. Of course, if you love Japanese culture, then you will be pleased to experience all facets of local life. But to be honest Root Letter is too similar with Telltale games only without pathos and with static cute graphics.

City Living does not correct many of the shortcomings of the original Sims 4, however, brings some fresh ideas. The project begins to shine with new colors. Of course, it's not even close to amazing cities from The Sims 3, but not those small locations, which were introduced in Sims 4 at launch. If the base version of the game seems to be too small, it is the first candidate to be added to the shopping list.

The first episode of a New Frontier promises a really interesting game where the main danger are not insanely wandering zombies, but people itself. Sharp dialogues, Clem's memories, a strange weed episode, taking care of children, with an unexpected ending and the impending love triangle give the story deep feeling, which is missed in season two.

The Walking Dead: The Telltale Series - A New Frontier Episode 2: Ties That Bind Part Two is weaker than the first episode, but still successfully keeps the attention of the players, telling interesting story. The ending creates suspense, but if you never played the original project and not a fan of the genre, comics and the television series, you can reduce the final grade at one point.

Batman: The Telltale Series - Episode 5: City of Light ends the first season with an attempt to create a noisy blockbuster, but the most part of it looks like an Indian movies parody, where characters do strange things, trying to hide the bad acting and plot behind bright flashes of drawn explosions. And even usually saving a story Joker resembles a drunk cosplayer who has fallen asleep alone on the floor at a closed game show, clutter by schoolchildren. Of course, the nonlinearity could pull the story out, but having tried both variants of events development, it never happened, which is particularly sad due to the weak script and characters.

The Sims 4 Vampires - nicely filled and stylistically rightly sustained addition. Fans of the vampires and grim gothic themes are likely gonna be absolutely delighted, but more conservative players may be seriously annoyed by unceremonious invasion of evil in their personal lives. So, if you are not a supernatural forces fan club member, you can easily skip this DLC, especially considering its relatively high price.
