Desperados III was an absolute joy to play. The hype is well warranted and if you are the least bit interested, grab it. Gamers that aren't too keen on a lot of stealth or sneaking around may not enjoy it as much.

Saints Row the Third: Remastered is one of the better remasters on the market. Overall, the improvements in graphics are very noticeable and appreciated in my opinion. Fans of the series will appreciate jumping back into the game after all these years, and it still provides hours of content and entertainment. It's not perfect (and some of the humor is a bit outdated), but this remaster is worth picking up, especially if you are a fan of the franchise.

Overall, Golf With Your Friends is a fun multiplayer experience. The courses are challenging and very fun with friends. Just make sure to look through the settings before starting, and choose things that will improve your experience. If anything else, channel your inner Happy Gilmore and smack the crap out of the ball.

Hands down, Streets of Rage 4 is the best game of the franchise and one of my favorite modern brawlers. Those who lean heavily on retro games will no doubt love the story and action. It's beautiful and has an amazing soundtrack. Fans of the franchise will love this entry, and those looking for a few hours to kill will also be entertained. Streets of Rage 4 is easily one of my favorite games of 2020.

A great multiplayer game in a time where we need it the most. Simple concept made great with easy to learn controls, nice art design, and chaotic moving fun.

Even though I ran into some pretty heavy technical glitches on my playthroughs, Blacksad: Under the Skin was a really fun game. The story was fun and enjoyable. The way the characters were presented was really well done too. If you are an adventure or mystery fan, this game could be right up your alley. It was for me, and I hope a sequel is being spoke of.

Murder by Numbers was a fun game for me to play. It was a nice change of pace to a lot of the current games and the puzzle aspect got my brain working well towards the end of the game. I would definitely recommend Murder by Numbers to puzzle, point and click, and visual novel fans. Take a break and enjoy something different!

Kunai is a wonderful game and another stern reminder as to why I keep kicking myself for avoiding the Metroidvania genre for as long as I’ve had. Clearly this is a genre still in it’s renaissance period with new, inventive play styles still coming out at a decent pace and kunai is no exception to that rule. TLDR: It’s a good game. Buy it.

It's still a great experience to have with friends and the price is more affordable than most other group activities you can find yourselves in. Grab it if you want to add more variety to game night.

Sparklite is a fun rogue-like, yet feels like it's missing a small piece to make it truly epic. Hardcore rogue-like fans will grow bored quickly, but newer rogue-like gamers may fall in love with Sparklite. I hope to see a sequel in the future!

Since this is my first interaction with Lucky and this being the 'fixed' version, I am really glad Playful Studios re-released this game. It's fun, cute, and somewhat challenging. It may not cater to the more experienced platform gamer, but I could easily see younger gamers really take to this game. If you're the least bit interested, I'd definitely say give it a shot!

Chikara: Action Arcade Wrestling is a lot of fun, especially playing with friends. New modes are being added all the time, but playing along may grow stale after a little bit. Kudos to VICO Game Studio for keeping on the updates and keeping the game moving forward. With a starting price point of $15, wrestling fans would enjoy hours of gameplay.

Tools Up! is a great entry in the simulation/party genre. It's a blast to play with friends and provides a good deal of challenge. If you have someone who struggles with time limits, the party mode is a great option because the timer counts up instead of down, giving you more time to play. I hope that Tools Up! will be supported with future levels that add a little more creativity and wackiness to the game. It would be great to have more environmental challenges instead of only using lava and slippery floors in later levels. As is, Tools Up! is a great party game that will entertain your family...or frustrate them if they don't communicate well.

Overall, John Wick Hex deserves your attention. It's got action, tactics, a great story, and a slick look. Fans of the movie would definitely enjoy the extra lore the developers took the time to create a story that fits perfectly in the world of John Wick Hex. The price of $19.99 is a solid deal for this game!

MW5 is an amazing game that puts all its cards into the experience of customizing and controlling its mechs and I think the hand it’s drawn is a full house. With a little more work in polishing graphics and sound however they could easily find themselves with a royal flush.

If you are a simulator fan like myself or wanted the opportunity to be able to get behind a backhoe, Construction Simulator 2 can do that for you. Although it isn’t perfect, it does a decent job of how the construction equipment works and getting you at the front desk at a construction company, and give you some fun along the way.

Solo: Islands of the Heart sets off what it wanted to do; Be bright, cheerful, and make you think. The game is calming and intriguing enough to want you to keep solving the puzzles and moving to see what happens next. Fans of puzzle games should take a peek at Solo: Islands of the Hear, but most gamers may take a pass at it.

This ain't yo daddy's shovelware! Why? Cause it's actually playable. In fact, the now franchise has evolved into upper budget title status. It's dirt cheap for what it gives you and that is the middle of the road, inoffensive but enjoyable multiplayer karting experience.

Greedfall has an ambitious desire to evolve it's genre without the polish to make it stand out; all while neglecting its core gameplay to the point it can't even be seen as competent or fun. I'm sure Greedfall will become a cult hit eventually but for now, it's the gaming worlds equivalent of an early morning T.V. infomercial; trying to sell you an "amazing" product that we all could have lived without despite its inherent usefulness for a problem we didn't know we even had. A real shame too because It really has promise.

Luigi’s Mansion is another testament to Luigi, thus proving that you don’t need Mario to make a great game. Luigi proves that he can be the hero and even save Mario from time to time. The game like any other will have some quirks that some may not enjoy, but it still stands as an enjoyable experience overall. Luigi’s Mansion 3 is a fun, beautifully designed, and charming game that will be a must-have this holiday season.
