A "Soulsvania" game with its own character, that draws artistic inspiration from the spanish Easter imagery and Goya's paintings las pinturas, both in the visual and the narrative. In gameplay terms, it's a superb and hard adventure that mixes with intelligence ideas from the lesser linear Castlevanias with Dark Souls mechanics.

A great basketball simulator that adds a lot of features in every aspect of the game and stands at the top of the sport genre.

Final Fantasy VIII it's one of the all-time best J-RPG created by Square Enix, modern or classic. It showed an amazing courage to make things different, with it's own visual style, a wonderful OST... There are lots of things that make this a truly classics, all present in the remaster, even if some, like backgrounds, deserved a better treatment.

20 years after its original release, it is still a great platform game, with the perfect balance between classic gameplay and new technical elements. On Nintendo Switch looks and feels great, especially on portable mode... but It's a shame that this port suffers from longer loading times and some FPS issues when playing in dock mode.

Gears 5 takes a step forward in all aspects, with a campaign with open levels, but still very intense. Audiovisually it's a delight and the multiplayer expands with new more approachable modes and a renewed horde mode with hero shooter features. The best Microsoft Studios game in recent years.

Monster Hunter World: Iceborne offers a new adventure with more monsters to hunt, new regions to explore, more movements and combat mechanics, a new difficulty rank, and ultimately, a whole mountain of contents to enjoy. A must-have expansion for any Monster Hunter World player.

Natsume shows one more time its mastery updating 16 bits classics, now with a beat'em up that keeps amazing and entertaining as the first time... For somple players maybe falls short in length and leave you wanting more: the 8 levels can be completed in less than 2 hours. Even with that, it's very fun and another hit for those that love couch coop.

Arc System Works and Wayforward found the perfect balance between nostalgic elements and new mechanics. River City Girls pays perfect homage to the brawler genre, incredibly fun to play (especially in couch co-op multiplayer).

Catherine Full Body is a great review option for the 2012 title. A fresh and original proposal that will please both those who enjoy now for the first time, and those who already try their day, with a lot of visual and playable improvements.

Blair Witch is a horror game with some good ideas poorly executed such as the use of a video camera to change environments or the relationship between the main character and his dog.

An adventure with some of the best Remedy qualities, with some ingredients that may appeal to the fans of supernatural games. On the other side, the exploration is unnecessarily frustrating and the graphical department feels as a mixed bag.

A new entry in the horror genre that offers a clear and effective gameplay proposal. Some technical hiccups lessen the experience, but its a very enjoyable adventure, specially if you try the multiplayer.

Astral Chain is a brilliant action adventure game, with everything you could expect from a PlatinumGames title: fast and deep combat, rich visuals and a surprising story that reminds us of Nier Automata,

Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey is a fresh take on the survival genre, one that takes us through the steps of human evolution, but falls short of its potential with a gameplay loop that becomes monotonous really soon.

Oninaki is a solid-action JRPG that experiments lightly with the foundations of the genre creating a world with personality and appeal. The game does not disappoint by mixing tradition with novelty.

Cyberpilot makes great use of VR and some of the series´ best vehicles. But it lasts less than 2 hours, and it is not replayable, and we missed some of the classic Wolfenstein dark sense of humor and easter eggs.

Pawarumi takes the idea behind the classic Ikaruga and tries to exploit it even further... buf without the refinement of the Treasure gem. It has great ideas, good graphic design, personality... but often you won't know what you are doing because it's a little bit confusing. Even worst it's that it lack content (only 5 levels).

Wolfenstein: Youngblood falls a step behind previous games... Which doesn't mean is bad at all. The formula works as fine as ever, and there are some very welcome changes. You can kill nazis with a friend, too, which means this game freaking rules.

The academic theme suits Fire Emblem very well. Developing the potential of our charismatic students, we feel like authentic teachers, and fighting with all these characters in such epic and deep battles, after shaping them in the classroom, is a real joy.

Arc System Works delivers a great combat system and a fun story mode, but 8 fighters and 6 levels are too few, even if you are a big fan of the anime.
