In spite of its flaws, Infernium is a creative vision of the afterlife. There is an audience for this game somewhere; I'm just not part of it.

The Sinking City is not a great game, but it was one that I enjoyed in-spite of that fact. For the unfamiliar, The Sinking City is a detective-mystery...
Call of Cthulhu plays like a cross between a walking sim, a Telltale game, and Outlast. If that sounds like an uneven experience, that's because it is.

It’s a very hard task to follow up such an iconic cult classic as the original Deadly Premonition and satisfy the high-expectations by fans. Speaking as one of those fans, the sophomore slump hits pretty hard, even if there is a great story and immeasurable charm underneath all of Deadly Premonition 2’s issues.
Those Who Remain is slightly above-average at best. While it has some effective scares and implements some good ideas, they're not enough to redeem it.
At the end of the day, I cannot recommend Dying Light 2, at least not at full price. While the game does feature a lot of extremely fun gameplay and one very cool idea, it’s hampered by too many weird problems (especially when you consider that one very cool idea is directly tied to this terrible, frustrating story) to be enjoyable all the way around.

Just stay alive!
I started to have fun once I disentangled my mindset from much of what the game was trying to do to be unique and just played it like it was Gears or some other equivalent shooter. Running and gunning and paying little attention to objectives. It’s just too much of a pain to try and juggle so many things while the game is also throwing all of these weird constrictions at you.
