Assassin's Creed Valhalla is the best Assassin's Creed game for me so far. This time, I think once again that Odyssey should have been like this game already. Some technical hiccups are there, but Ubisoft learnt from the weaknesses of the predecessor and casts a beautiful world to explore and enjoy.

I never expected a simulation like this to be so relaxing - especially because I didn't really get the resource management. I liked the mission to make Mars a planet we could live on.

I love Orwell's story and see good components in the game, but I think a few more months of work would have been needed to let this game really shine.

Submerged: Hidden Depths is a good sequel - it doesn't do too many new things, but delivers a great atmosphere and a relaxed experience. Also suitable for anyone looking for something like The Last of Us but without the weapons.

DONTNOD doesn't disappoint with its diverse cast and the interesting concept of Sam's mind palace. A bit of gloss is however missing to Twin Mirror and it feels like a grey loner compared to some other games the studio has made.

Sakuna is a game you shouldn't play because of its story but you should play it because of the freedom it gives you. Some elements are repetitive but I can choose on my own what to do on the beautiful island.

Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity is a good musou game that well fits in a tiny bit of the Breath of the Wild formula, but especially the art. Oh, and it's one of the few musou games where I actually care about the story.

I had a lot of fun researching for the next big thing in Mars Horizon, but a lot less due to all the technical issues with the PS4 version.

Pacer ended up as a better game than I expected it to be. It has many good aspects, great tracks and the speed is insane. Motivation however never really takes off.

The Pathless wakes a feeling in me that not many games do: The feeling that I'm free, can make my own decisions and do what I want. Some technical issues hold it back a bit.

Never before had I had so much fun with a radio. The experience is rather short, however, especially on Nintendo Switch due to missing achievements.

DIRT 5 brings you a lot of fun - as a very diverse arcade racing, it's nothing of the simulation DIRT 4 partly was. DIRT 5 is a bit unfinished at times though, with a lot of tearing on Xbox One X and the career mode also seems lukewarm.

Leisure Suit Larry: Wet Dreams Dry Twice has some great humor and somehow tries to make the world better. The same doesn't count for the puzzles, however, and sometimes, all the ... stuff is over the top.

You can enjoy Cloudpunk because of its great atmosphere and a dense metropolis that makes you feel like the big crash is imminent once the leading AI makes a mistake. Also, Cloudpunk features a strong narrative. The PS4 port is rather weak.

Pumpkin Jack is my new favourite platformer this generation. With a great atmosphere, design and a deeply diverse gameplay, Jack's journey might not be the longest one, but a motivating one nonetheless!

Inertial Drift is like a great old-school racing game with a unique concept. It's easy to learn and hard to master - with a beautiful style und lots to unlock. A great experience!
