2 / 10.0 - The Last Dogma
Jul 11, 2015

The Last Dogma is quite ambitious, if you look at all the influences from other games. However, the game fails at almost every aspect. Aside from the fact that it's almost unplayable, the story is the most lacking. This is especially bad for a story-driven game.

9 / 10.0 - Journey
Jul 29, 2015

‎Whether it's the uniquely cooperative aspect, the insanely beautiful environments, the music that blends seamlessly with the gameplay, or a combination of all of this, we can't give you a warmer recommendation than to set off an evening for Journey. Turn off your phone, close the curtains and put on headphones and immerse yourself in this unique video game, which you simply must have played once.‎

9.5 / 10.0 - Rare Replay
Aug 3, 2015

Rare Replay is a collection for which you get an Xbox One. The game has an achievement score of 10,000 points and over 700 hours of gameplay. And all for only 30 euros. Searching around the internet shows that it is sometimes already offered for less. The price-quality ratio is of a level that we have not seen before. Absurd. Infectious. A must-buy!

Do you play Gears of War for single player or multiplayer? Probably a combination of both. In any case, the fact is that for 40 euros you get a top title that offers a lot of hours of entertainment if you play alone or want to do co-op. We think of that multiplayer as a dessert to a masterpiece.

Bandai Namco seems to want to rake in even more money with Sword Art Online Re Hollow Fragment with the same game that was also released on the PSP. The resolution has been bumped up a bit, but the game still looks ugly and has still taken a nosedive in terms of framerate. The game does offer a lot of content, but that content is not exactly fun to play.

‎In any case, we will make no bones about it: Metal Gear Solid 5 The Phantom Pain is a game that you must have played. In our eyes, perhaps the best game of this year, and one of the best games ever made. Just as legendary as Big Boss himself!‎

Dishonored is a great game. Dishonored Definitive Edition is better, but not necessarily worth it to pick. Graphically, the game is much better and getting the extra content is also nice, but otherwise not much has changed. Gameplay and story are just the same and you don't exactly get happy with the load times and character progress.

With Forza Motorsport 6, Turn 10 hits back hard after the somewhat disappointing fifth part. The eye-catcher is the enormous amount of content, both in the field of cars, circuits and assignments and races. Complemented by an impressive night and weather system (which unfortunately isn't dynamic) and overwhelming visuals, race enthusiasts get exactly what they're waiting for. All things considered, Forza 6 is an essential purchase for any self-respecting lover of racing games.

‎This first DLC of The Witcher 3 has passed with flying colors and is a ‎‎must-have‎‎ for those who play The Witcher 3 or want to play it again. Hearts of Stone is a rock-solid DLC from The Witcher 3 and more than worth every penny.‎

‎Project Zero Maiden‎‎ of Black Water is a game infused with a scary, uncomfortable atmosphere that you will love as a fan of Japanese horror films. The story may not be gripping. But the atmosphere, the long playing time and the unique gameplay with the Wii U gamepad make the game at least worth a try. Still, the outdated ‎‎design‎‎ holds back maiden of Black Water from being an essential Wii U game.‎

‎Add the new voice-overs and the co-op functionalities to the existing package, and you have a role-playing game that you say U to. The slow start and the tough challenge that the game offers won't be for everyone. But anyone who loves role-playing games, can't get their luck on with Divinity Original Sin Enhanced Edition.‎

9.5 / 10.0 - Fallout 4
Nov 9, 2015

The old Fallout feel is back, and all the adjustments that have been made over previous Fallout games have been perfectly measured out. With Boston, the Wasteland is a world that has a wide range of factions, locations, characters and features to offer. The flaw of the hurried intro doesn't outweigh everything the game has to offer. Fallout 4 is a game where you look at your watch the first time and see 22:00, then look again a little later and see 02:34 to your horror. This is nearing perfection and it's the game whose needle doesn't leave your vein anymore.

Guild Wars 2: Heart of Thorns is a good first expansion for ArenaNet's MMO. The new Elite Specializations and The Revenant are interesting. Maguuma is an awesome place, too bad there weren't more areas to explore.

9 / 10.0 - XCOM 2
Feb 1, 2016

XCOM 2 is a perfect sequel to Enemy Unknown. The core is almost the same, but is rock solid and the new setting is an excellent base for a wide diversity in missions. Only the graphical compartment could have been improved.

‎Despite the fact that less use is made of the free-running parkour skills that Dying Light is known for, adding the buggy is a successful strategy. Your buggy is like a well-oiled zombie-killing machine that you want to take with you wherever you go in the new area of Dying Light. And just like the buggy, the game is a oiled zombie-killing machine in which almost everything is right!‎

Earth Defense Force 4.1 is quite a disappointment given it's a remaster. A full-price release is far from ideal for this game and things like the mediocre framerate and graphics don't work in its favour either. But if you make the step to play Earth Defense Force 4.1 co-op with your friends, it makes for a fun-level not many games have been able to reach.

Samurai Warriors 4: Empires is a good step in the right direction, with a lot more depth and strategics thanks to the Politics Phase. But the gameplay itself is still the same compared to the original and the graphics have not improved either.

8 / 10.0 - Resident Evil 6
Apr 9, 2016

‎All in all, with the re-release of Resident Evil 6, little new is conjured up on your screen compared to the original. What you do get are four (!) well-balanced storylines with occasional forced and unnecessary ‎‎quick-time events,‎‎crazy camera angles and ‎‎clunky‎‎ controls. However, the graphical improvements, good co-op implementation and reduced price (you only pay 20 euros for Resident Evil 6 in the online stores) certainly make this a ‎‎must‎‎for the newcomers, and for the enthusiast a chance to experience Resident Evil 6 again.‎

8.5 / 10.0 - Dark Souls III
Apr 11, 2016

‎Dark Souls 3 feels fresh and easily establishes itself as the franchise's best and most comprehensive game, as well as placing itself in the list as one of the strongest games of the year. Know what you're getting into because Dark Souls 3 isn't good for your health! Prepare to die!‎

Naughty Dog has completed a very successful franchise with ‎‎Uncharted 4: A Thief's End.‎‎ And how! The game is perfectly finished on almost all points and really provides the necessary drooling moments. The game includes plenty of new additions and let us enjoy at least 15 hours for the Uncharted 4 review.‎
